You will be responsible for delivering assignments for the business units that you support. You will do this by using your technical and financial modeling skills to be involved in corporate restructuring, capital raising, refinancing balance sheet management,  business review & risk management strategies as well as providing solutions to ensure maximum returns.

The ideal person needs to have at least 3 years previous experience within a remodelling/restructuring corporate advisory position either within a Big 4 chartered firm or have corporate finance experience within a credible business (MNC). You must have been involved in complex restructuring engagements and had exposure to transactions services, due diligence and corporate advisory positions.
