Branch Operations Control Officer

Kuala Lumpur - Wisma Bumiraya, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Provide advisory and solutions on operations matters to branchesReview fraud and operations losses and conduct investigation, where applicable, and provide appropriate recommendations to avoid recurrenceReview cash shortage / excess incurred at branches to determine any fraud elements involved and recommend appropriate action to be taken against staff concernedConduct Business Continuity Plan Exercise at branches to ensure business continuity in the event of disasterCarry out yearly review of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Operation Risk Self-Assessment (BP-ORSA) and General Control Environment Self-Assessment (GCESA)Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.At least 5 year(s) of working experience with minimum knowledge of Banking operations and regulatory requirements is a must.Possess good verbal and written skills in English.Mobile and willing to travel1 Full-Time position(s) available.
