Service Coordinator -- NLC General Pest Control Sdn Bhd -- Selangor - Taman Mayang Jaya, Petaling Jaya

Attend incoming calls and email enquiries;Liaise with customers via phone calls for service appointment arrangement;Handle Operations Teams' schedule and ensure the Operations Teams complete the job as per scheduled;Handle data entry job;Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Candidate must possess at least SPM.Candidate must able to work under stress.Able to speak fluently in English and Malay; able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in any field, experience in customer service will be an added advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang Jaya,Petaling Jaya. (office is only 5mins walking distance with Kelana Jaya LRT station)Office operates Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
