During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: Responsibilities:
Office Administration and Communication
- carry out ongoing office administrative tasks in support of Head of Department and the team
- identifies common administrative activities and tasks, including meeting arrangements, arranging for office equipments / stationeries, typing, transcribing,
preparing minutes, documentation, formal communications, slide presentation/reports, photocopying, scanning, faxing and binding
- understands record-keeping and high level of confidentiality requirements
- ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
- Handle walk-in internal clients, telephone calls, emails with customer service and professionalism
-Must be available for the duration of 1 November 2013 to 28 February 2014
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
