
• Provide support to Brokerage Processing Teams
• Facilitate the Broker approval process globally
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Investigate exception items and account imbalances in Brokerage system
• Facilitate the Broker approval process globally among all stakeholders
• Keep proper records of all broker related documents for ease of tracking
• Perform broker related static data setup to support the Brokerage Processing Teams
• Manage queries on all brokerage related static data
• Manage the Management Information (MI) reporting process to provide critical and timely updates
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to introduce minor changes
• Participate in projects to introduce major changes
• Escalate operational risk and breaks
• Ensure audit and control issues are adhered to and suggest resolutions to improve the control measures
• Review and update Department Operating Instructions (DOI) regularly to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
• Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma or Professional qualification in any field.
• Candidates with Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics and business related qualifications would be preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry
• Experience in Derivatives is not essential but would be a plus
• Possesses strong English communication and written skills with good inter-personal relationship skills.
• Extremely high attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work autonomously, but also be a good team player.
• High analytical and problem solving abilities.
