To perform general secretarial & day to day office administrative dutiesSchedule and coordinate appointment, meeting and to keep track on the event calendarPerforms any duty as assigned by DirectorDevising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filingTyping/word processingImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Require basic accounting knowledge.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity, initiative and commitment.Hardworking, able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.Computer literate, competent in internet usage and MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Conversant in CHINESE dialects with good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Preferably female candidates.Excellent computer, administration and organisational skillsGood written and spoken communication skillsAn ability to carry out several tasks at the same timeA flexible and adaptable approach to workAccuracy and attention to detail.
