Receptionist cum Admin Clerk (1 year contract)
Kuala Lumpur - RHB Centre, Jln Tun RazakResponsibilities: Manning reception / front office counter at Business Centre.Attending any incoming / outgoing phone calls through PABX.Assist guest / client at Business Centre whenever necessary.Receive and acknowledge incoming / outgoing mails through front office.Handle request for meeting rooms booking at Business Centre.Responsible to ensure any request to use facilities at Business Centre is attended.Assist officer to ensure the cleanliness of Business Centre.To assist in programming / preparing access card for new staff as and when required.To assist in programming / configuring IP Phone for staff as and when required.To assist in printing attendance report and audit trall report as and when required.To assist in booking of banks’ pool car, as and when required.To assist in manning mailing room as and when required.Requirements: Pleasant personality & able to communicate well in both English and Bahasa Melayu.Minimum Credit in Diploma or equivalent.If you are a go-getter with the drive and determination to be a part of an innovative team, we encourage you to submit your application through Jobstreet before the closing date.
