Office Administration
Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Prepares and compiles monthly reports in timely manner.Responsible for the upkeep and co-ordinate the maintenance of office facilities and equipments.Coordinate and update invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders for approval.Sourcing purchases on the new requisition and replenishment of office supplies.Maintain effective filing system.Attend and assist in general administration jobs (i.e attend to telephone calls).Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce, or equivalent.Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant working experience.Preferably candidates who has working experience a shopping mall/commercial building environment.Required skill(s): Strong communication, excellent computer literacy (especially in Microsoft Office), good teamwork spirit, and excellent clerical skills.Interested candidate can apply on-line by furnishing a detailed resume stating your personal particulars, qualification, experience, employment history, a current passport-size photograph, current and expected salary.
