Assistant - Sales Support / Inventory Management -- IDS Medical Systems (M) Sdn Bhd -- Selangor - Shah Alam - Glenmarie

Sales Support Role: Support Sales team including preparing quotation and tender.Attend to customers inquiry and coordinate with sales team on customer request.Assist in stock planning and purchase order requisite.Coordinate exhibition and symposium.Organize consignment request and product demo appointment.Prepare costing summary for order awarded.Liaise with logistic for customer orders delivery.Processing Purchase Order for new item purchase.Follow up on shipment status.Coordinate with Customer Support Team on pre-delivery inspection.Data entry into inventory system and maintain records related to stock / inventory.Day to day administrative support.
Minimum Diploma in Business Administation or any related field of study.1-2 years administrative working experience.Hands-on in Ms. Excel and other Microsoft Office Application.Candidate with related experience in the similar capacity will be an added advantage.Fresh graduate with some working experience in office environment is also encouraged to apply.
