Senior Finance Manager -- Company Confidential -- Kuala Lumpur

Timely and accurate reporting of management accounts and reports.Preparation of budgets, cash flow projection and tax computation.Ensure compliance with local statutory & tax authorities, accounting standards and relevant law & acts governing the industry.Carry out cash management.Review and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal control.Liaise with relevant external parties.Ensure smooth running of the department.

Possess professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in property development or exposure to the industry through external audit environment.Practical working knowledge on the application of Financial Reporting Standard.Practical knowledge of a fully integrated computerized system will be an advantage.Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
