collections Officer (August)
MYR 1600 (Min) + up to RM500 OT
(Kuala Lumpur - Masjid Jamek (next to the LRT station))
Responsibilities: Call customers to remind on payments for past due accounts.Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment and/or other service/product issues.Understand and assess the financial situations of customers in order to maximize recovery of debts.Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements.Recommend and initiate recall of credit facilities &/or legal actions to recover debts.Follow up on broken promises to pay.Record all actions taken on the accounts in DM diary.Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
