This client is one of the most reputable Insurance organisation in the market. They have extensively established their reputation alongside their professionalism. In order to enhance and develop their already successful status, this well recognized organization is seeking for a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) Risk Lead Specialist to ensure internal controls over financial reporting.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for developing SOx compliant processes, policies and standards. Aside from that, it would also perform SOx compliance testing, summarize deficiencies and identify process improvements to reduce compliance efforts.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years experience within Risk Management and SOx Compliance and have sound knowledge of COSO framework, Internal Control and Insurance. In this role, one is required to liaise with both local and regional business units, thus good communication skill is an absolute requirement.
