• Will be required to deliver training sessions and facilitate small and large group interventions in time
• Assist in designing and creating solutions for workplace improvements for clients
• Provide consultation or provide support for consultants in client servicing and client management
• A degree in any discipline (Psychology, Human Resources, Training is an advantage)
• Experience is an advantage but not compulsory
• Good language skills
• Between 22 to 35 years of age
• Familiar with office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Works hard and smart
• Physically fit and healthy
• Humble and willing to continuously grow and learn
• A team player who is outgoing, energetic and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Able and willing to travel extensively locally and overseas (in most cases transport provided)
