They are specialised in cross-border health insurance and employee benefitsprogrammes for intergovernmental organisations, multinational corporations and their international workforce.

Job Highlight:

Analysis and processing of employee claims  function for a regional Compensation and Benefits processing hub for the expatriate community in the far east particularly of medical expenses nature, family travel and accomdation and other dependant needs. NO SHIFT WORK


Specific Knowledge

Proficient with any one of the foreign languages: Korean, Japanese, Thai, Arabic and others Knowledge of International Travel and accomdation and International Education arragementsProficient with hospitalization and general Health Insurance products.Previous experience working with Health Insurance Guarantor organizations; working knowledge of Health Insurance products and policy terminologies and terms and conditions.Prior experience in a call/contact centre environment, preferrably in a Medical Claims processing functionVery proficient in both written and spoken EnglishSome knowledge of Medical and Pharmaceutical/pathology will be an added advantageAttention for details and astute numerical processing aptitute.

Other Required Highlights

Assessing and processing claims for medical expenses maintaining medical confidentiality.Accurate data input to the PC and mainframe applications.Keeping track of chronology and processing of ClaimsParticipate efficiently in the Claims processing work-flow.High-quality claims handling, accurate reimbursements and fast transactions.
