Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Insurance Agency Marketing Master Plan and implementation Strategic Marketing Direction, Sales Target and Marketing Strategy to grow company Insurance Business.Advice and one of the decision makers on company certain business decision.Monitor industry performance and competitors activities and develop counter act strategic plan. To initial new products idea and lead Business Development Teams to achieve company’s objective for best quality products with on-time delivery and within stipulated project budget. Building Rapport with top management of Key Corporate business partners.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business StudiesAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Good understanding of general and life insurance products and services; the financial services industry and its regulations. Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activitiesInterested candidates are invited to apply online
