To attending the phone an walk-in enquires from potential customers (public)To maintain all department/unit files.To compile report, analyse and update latest data.To assist in photocopying work and distribution of internal documents internally and externally.To file and scan documentations.
SPM or equivalent, Diploma holder of any discipline will be and added advantage.2 year(s) of working experience in clerical environment.Good adminisrative skills and able to organise work accordingly.Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English Language, both written and verbal.Computer literate.Able to work independently,  good interpersonal skill, initiative and a team player.Contract position for a period of 1 - 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.Interested applicants are required to send your detailed resume with a recent passport sized photograph by mail/e-mail to the following address on or before 16 August 2013 :Head, Human Resource Development & Administration
