Customer Service Representative -- Incube8 Sdn Bhd -- Kuala Lumpur
• Interact with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding general information of product and services
• Receive and follow up with any customer complaints and requests
• Answer and direct incoming calls to relevant customers
• Take and relay messages
• Greet visitors
• Receive and sort mails
• Book meeting rooms, board rooms, etc
• Update clients profiles
• Must be well groomed
• Be well spoken with a pleasant demeanor
• Have an excellent telephone manner and be approachable
• Good attitude & willing to learn
