Ensure prompt processing of claims including appointment of adjusters.Arrange bordereaux meeting with panel our adjusters on monthly basis which must be minuted.Report to Unit Head / HOD on performance of panel Adjusters on quarterly basis.Verify, assess and approve promptly all claims within authority and for claims exceeding authority to process, recommend and submit to Unit Head / HOD for approval.To refer immediately any complaints received from Customers, Branches, BNM, PIAM, FMB and Intermediaries to Unit Head / HOD so that these are promptly and effectively monitored and resolved within the time frame.To ensure all claims suspected having fraud elements or in violation of policy conditions are brought to attention of Unit Head / HOD claims & in the absence to the General Manager / Chief Executive Officer.Ensure all necessary advices to Treaty Reinsurers / XOL are adhered to as laid down under the Reinsurance agreement.To ensure all recoveries are actively pursued.To monitor and review all files including aging cases effectively and within the time frame.Fast track settlement of small claims. Receiving of documents and providing guidance and advise to walk-in customers & customers who call-in.To monitor, review and update the "adjuster tracking" reports until claim is fully settled.To update the status screens of GIS system at every stage of the claim.To monitor and review files on half yearly basis.Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.Job Requirement
Professional Qualification in Insurance.At least 3 years claim experiences in all classes of insurance.
