Responsibilities:

    Work with the Accounts Payable team in their daily duties from scanning to payment to suppliers.    Assist in developing, recommending and implementing procedural changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.    Manage the implementation of best practices and streamline accounting controls and processes.    Provides support to local and overseas payable policies, practices and procedures with the department and manager.

Requirements:

    Degree in Accounting / Finance.    Minimum 2 years related working experience.    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deal effectively with internal and external parties.    Dedicated, meticulous and strong in financial analytical skills.    Experience in a Global Finance Shared Centre is an added advantage.
